I have been married for over 25 years and homeschooled my two children from kindergarten to high school. Both children attend Charleston Southern University. I am a 1995 Graduate of CSU where I double majored in Psychology and Religion. I am originally from North Myrtle Beach. I worked in Enrollment after graduation until 1998 and then taught school for 16 years before returning to CSU in 2017. I am married to a Retired DOD Civilian of the US Air Force; we have been married for 30 years and have 3 children. My oldest son is a baseball coach in Myrtle Beach. My daughter works on the Charleston Air Force Base, and my youngest son will graduate from CSU with an Education degree. My hobby is spending time with my family and traveling.

While at CSU, I worked as a Resident Assistant and Community Leader and was involved in Student Government, the South Carolina Student Legislature, and the Outdoor Adventure Club. I chose to work at CSU because, as an alum, I have experienced the care and love CSU's employees and professors have for their students.
