We kindly request that individuals from outside the university refrain from attending this exclusive gathering. To ensure a seamless entry for students, a valid CSU Student ID is mandatory for this event. Please note that Sweet 16 tickets are non-refundable. Assumption of Risk and Hold Harmless Agreement
Many recreational activities can possibly result in some type of physical injury. Dangers related to such can include but are not limited to: broken bones, strains, sprains, bruises, concussions, heart attack, heat exhaustion, etc. These things can occur when participating in recreational events.
Each participant assumes these risks and dangers and will hold Charleston Southern University harmless should any injury occur as a result of voluntary participation. All participants in voluntary recreational activities will be required to sign this form.
The undersigned hereby acknowledges that participation in recreational activities involves an inherent risk of physical injury and assumes all such risks. The undersigned participant does hereby waive liability, release and forever discharge Charleston Southern University, its members individually, its officers and directors, and employees from any and all demands, rights and causes of action of whatever kind of nature, arising out of all known or unknown, foreseen and unforeseen bodily and personal injuries, damage to property, and the consequences thereof, including death, resulting from my voluntary participation in or in any way connected with recreational programs to include travel to and from the activity.
This release, Waiver of Liability, and Covenant Not to Sue shall remain in effect for as long as I am a participant in Charleston Southern University’s Recreational Activities, Buc Fever Fair and Charleston Southern Sweet 16 events,
