    Practical wisdom for ministry

Leading a church requires more than strong preaching. It requires bringing leadership, pastoral care, spiritual formation, and strategic thinking together.

Pastors wear many hats, including sermon preparation, team leadership, and caring for a congregation with diverse needs. Trying to manage these roles separately can leave leaders exhausted and can take a toll on the health of a church over time.

Dr. Pace will walk through six key dimensions of pastoral leadership: scriptural, spiritual, strategic, servant, situational, and sensible. He will show how weaving them together through biblical exposition can bring greater balance, clarity, and effectiveness to ministry life.

Built for pastors and ministry leaders

Whether you're just starting out in ministry or have years of experience leading a congregation, this forum offers practical, biblically grounded insight you can put to use right away.
