Move-In Day 2025

    Greetings!! We are eagerly anticipating your arrival on Thursday, August 21st. The Residence Life team has been diligently preparing for this day and we want to ensure you have all the necessary information for a smooth move-in experience.

    As a residential student, please plan to arrive on campus during your specified check-in time between 8:00 am and 12:30 pm. We will be moving students in by residential buildings and floors. 

    New Student Check-in times:
    • Russell East 3rd floor & Women’s South 3rd floor: 8:00 – 8:45 am 
    • Russell West & Quad 1: 8:45 – 9:30 am 
    • Quad 2, Quad 3, & Women’s South 2nd floor: 9:30 – 10:15 am 
    • Russell East 2nd floor: 10:15 – 11:00 am 
    • Russell East 1st floor & Women’s South 1st floor: 11:00 – 11:45 am 
    • Women’s North, Mead Hall, & Wingate: 11:45 am – 12:30 pm 
    *Please come as close as possible to your check-in times to help alleviate traffic*

    ◎ Your belongings must be labeled with your name, building, and room number.
    ◎ Upon arrival, enter campus through the main gate off of Excellence Way where a dedicated team will be ready to greet you and assist with any questions or concerns. They will guide you to your residence hall and ensure your move-in process is seamless.
    ◎ To help streamline your arrival, we kindly request that you complete all items on
    your Ready to Sail checklist. This checklist includes important tasks and preparations that will facilitate a smooth transition into your new home on campus. The Ready to Sail checklist must be completed to receive your room key.
    ◎ If you need assistance during your move-in process, we will have multiple offices ready to support you!
